~~ The Founder & Director~~
Apostle Mellanie Scales
The anointed apostle has been preaching the gospel since 1996. Apostle Scales has a burning desire to minister to the various needs of God's people. She stands firmly on the Word found in Isaiah 35:1-5. She believes, "Only what you do for Christ will last."
~~ The Vision ~~
Visions of Rose will offer alternative living conditions to women and children affected by the battering circumstances. Through provisions and mentoring programs, we will show battered victims a more profitable alternative to crime. Help the women regain self-confidence and encourage them to pass this confidence on to their children. Visions of Rose will also seek financial aid from the community, businesses, and governmental agencies in fulfilling these necessities.
~~ Our Expectation ~~
We expect God to demonstrate His power through physical manifestations and anointing Visions of Rose Outreach Ministries. We have no doubt God will answer our prayers and fulfill our expectations because He can do anything but fail.
